  I’ve been in this store 3 times now. None of these times have I been greeted by a sales person. I am a young female, so maybe I wasn’t worth their time. The second time, I was going in to purchase a couch, and I literally had to ask someone for help. The 3rd time, I was looking for a chair. This was a week after I bought the couch, and I had told the sales rep that. You’d think that would make them treat me well. The sales rep tried to show me things on the Ashley Direct website, because they did not have what I was looking for, which I appreciated. However, the sales rep did not know how to work the website and was trying to show me things completely different from what I’d told him I was looking for. The store manager then came to help me out. He was about to show me one more thing and had a print out from the other guy that I had handed him, when another customer comes up. He asks her how she’s doing and then completely stops helping me (but holding my print out still) to help her, leaving me just standing there for about 10 minutes while he helped her. I felt completely disrespected and obviously they don’t want any more of my money. It’s also a small store. I’d recommend going to the one in Cool Springs.

  Very very disappointed! They are advertising a 25% sale with signs all over the store. I walked in looking for a sofa. I saw something that I liked, but when I talked to the sales person, I was told that particular sofa was a manager's special and couldn't be discounted any more. So I looked around and found a sofa, love seat combination that I liked at a reasonable price. The displayed sign cleary stated the combination sale with a footnote that they were not sold separately. When I inquired about that I was told it was a Black Friday sale. Sorry no 25% discount! It's the middle of January, and needless to say that there was no sign indicating that the price was a Black Friday sale. All false advertising and misleading. The least they could do is to change the signs. I will not shop at a place where they can't honor their advertisement or hold themselves accountable for their mistakes!
