  Buyer beware!, If you purchase over $100.00 in product with cash and change your mind, refunds can and will take up to 10 days buy check. They will not refund anything over $100.00 in cash. Even though when asked the sales person said refunds were no problem. They have a company policy sign taped to the counter , but it was conveniently covered by other products they sell , and the sales person never mentioned the no cash refund policy. The policy is not printed on their receipt as well. The Mastic they sold us dries and crumbles , not sticking to the tile thus causing a release even after a 48 + hour drying time.
