  Absolutely garbage service here guy at the door told me to go wait in line to get a tech to help me with service repair when i should have been told to sign into the que then I would be called in the right order. The staff do not care much about the customers and it shows. The worst part is if you have sprint service in Nashville this is where you have to go if you need to process an insurance claim threw assurion Your basically screwed and have no choice thanks a lot sprint for your garbage customer service not surprised honestly your customer service matches your quality of reception (piss poor) Ps I can bet money that all of these so called good reviews are done by the store employees i mean think about it your Google review score tells it all 2.2 LMFAO
